YDT is the foreign languages section of the undergraduate placement exam. Students who want to enter the relevant departments of universities with the foreign language exam take this exam. Students who choose with foreign language scores are placed in departments such as translation and interpreting, foreign language teaching, English culture and literature. When calculating the score type of the students, 40% of the TYT score and 60% of the Foreign Language Test are used. The candidate student’s secondary education achievement score is added to this score and the score that can be preferred is revealed.

The exam is held in June.
It consists of 80 questions.
The exam includes English, German, French, Arabic and Russian tests.
